Contract

Once Aperitif Dinatoire Ltd receives your order via its web site adchampagnes.com, an offer to purchase is constituted on your part. Only when adchampagnes.com confirms the order via email to the customer, shall a contract exist between Aperitif Dinatoire Ltd and the customer. Prices provided in a written quotation to the customer from adchampagnes.com as a result of an inquiry to this web site shall be valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of the written quotation.

Breakages

The customer will be responsible for checking their goods upon receipt of delivery. Should there be any defect or shortage in the order, to prevent fraudulent damage claims, we would ask that you make us aware of a problem within 24 hours of receipt of delivery either by email or telephone. Breakages, defects and shortage, reported later than this will not be accepted as valid claim. In the specific case of breakage at delivery, it will be the responsibility of the customer to check the goods at delivery and notice it on the delivery note to sign, inform what products have been broken. Then Aperitif Dinatoire Ltd will send back the replacement within 7 days.
