Very young sommelier (Only 24), Lia is from eastern France. Originally from a family of Restaurateurs she caught the bug of wine at a very young age. All in simplicity and humility her approach on wine service is to listen carefully to each guest and find the perfect match to the food. She learnt her craft at well known restaurants such as three Michelin stars Troisgros in Roanne or The Vineyard here in the U.K. She then became the assistant to Eric Zwiebel M.S. at Summer Lodge Hotel in Dorset to learn from him as she is studying to become very soon the youngest Master Sommelier ever. So watch out for this future top “sommeliere”. Lia is now Chef Sommelier at the Milestone Hotel in London
