Jean Marie’s passion comes from childhood where, at home, his father wouldn’t have a meal without a glass of wine. The table always had an important place in his life; his approach on wine is on sharing it with others, the ones he loves. For him, behind every label there is a story, a civilisation and rituals. That is why his taste goes towards the story attached to each one and the hard work put to create a pure and true wine. After a few years as an assistant at Le Manoir and later in charge of the wine service at the three Michelin stars Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Chelsea he is now touring the world of wine learning and experiencing wine making.
