Gastronomy, cooking, products…Gerald knows all about food. He developed his passion for pairing good food and wine under the helm of Alain Senderens’s at Lucas Carton in Paris. He was also greatly influenced by Philippe Marques, the founding sommelier at the award-winning Foliage where Gerald now heads up a strong team, delicately matching wines and champagnes to Chef’s exciting seasonal menu. Gerald has been lucky enough to travel the world, tasting the delicacies of the likes of China and Japan. Gerald has now left the country to seek new adventures in France but he left us the most poetic tasting of Andre Jacquart.
