It all started at Hotel du Vin where he has been led by his mentor, Gerard Basset MW. With a very strong experience of top quality restaurants such as L’Auberge de l’Ill or Drouant in Paris he is one of the few to accumulate over 15 Michelin Stars of experience behind him. Eric is today one of the most successful competitor in the world with many awards. Along all this success he has gained the respect of the entire wine trade, Sommeliers and Wine Makers alike. On Eric’s experience appear Cliveden where he was Chef Sommelier and is now the Cellar Master of Relais & Chateaux Summer Lodge Hotel in Dorset.
