Ingredients
 
For 4 Servings:
1 Aged Beef Fillet
1 Bag of Rocket Salad
Shaved Pamigiano Reggiano
Mayonnaise
Horseradish
Olive Oil
fresh Lemon Juice
Balsamic Vinegar
Maldon Salt, Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation
 
1. Sear the beef fillet in a very hot pan with a little olive oil. Reserve in the fridge until serving.
2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and horseradish. reserve in the fridge.
3. When ready, toss the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Place in dish or on a plate.
4. scoop a tea/soup spoon of the horseradish mayonnaise.
5. Thinly sclice the beef and place on the top of the mayonnaise, drizzle with lemon juice.
6. Add some shaved parmesan chhese, the black pepper and maldon salt
7. Enjoy
