Another style of Champagne, a bit lighter than the rest of the range. The nose is discrete, complex and charming with some touches of Citrus. You will find refreshing aromas of Grapefruit, Green Apple and Pear. Slightly yeasty with hints of toasted brioche. It is a medium bodied, rounded but with a mark of freshness and a long finish. I would suggest this wine with fish or seafood such as a Dover Sole or Scallops but cooked very simply to get more of the Seafood Taste. A light dessert made with red fruits would be very good too.
