Pinot Noir led Champagnes are incredible. Rich and Yeasty and perfect to have with food. At first I was stunned by its powerful aroma of Marinated Red Fruits, like Kirsch, then its Light Smokiness and unusual Virginia Tobacco notes. The Palate is rounded yet refreshing with Medium Body. It is still very juicy and shows intense aromas of fresh Red Fruits with subtle Bitterness. I recommend this complex Champagne to be served with Game Birds, a Squid Ink Risotto or why not with a Vanilla Dessert. A truly well made bottle of Bubbly!
