GOSSET BRUT EXCELLENCE NV

Fresh and very vibrant this champagne blend has a surprising richness about it. Of a yellow straw colour the thin bubbles are flowing gently giving this wine a sense of inner peace, very calming! On the nose it is yeasty, bread like with subtle aromas of fresh citrus zests such as lime. On the palate it is very dry without being sharp. Definitely the citrus aromas and flavours are dominant for this blend. I would suggest this champagne with our selection of baby vegetables for a light yet refreshing moment.
