François Diligent Brut NV

Based in the village of Buxeuil since the 17th Century, the Diligent family is making wines exclusively from grapes from the slopes of the Cote de Bar. This 100% Pinot Noir non vintage made from 20 years old vines is stunning for its value. With only 1% of sugar dosage, this champagne which expresses a delicate Pinot Noir with hints of bruised apple and nuts will be a great moment of refinement. This champagne is ideal for fresh oysters, seafood platter and particularly with Marc's mussels with lemongrass dish.
