This is a distinguished champagne from a fine vintage. Similar in profile to the N.V., it is also more vinous and complex, like a fine, aged wine. White flowers and fresh peach aromas develop into richer, delicately honeyed citrus and dried fruit on the palate, shot through by Delamotte's characteristic incisive minerality. Well-structured, this champagne comes into its own with food. It is ideal for the cheeseboard.
