BRUNO PAILLARD BLANC DE BLANCS RESERVE

Very impressive, this very well balanced 100% chardonnay from Cote des Blancs has really stunned me. At first the pale straw colour and medium flow of bubbles were very inviting. The nose shows crisp citrus. The mouth is voluptuous and contrast with the crispiness of the nose, very creamy leading to a clean and fresh finish. Speciality of the house this champagne is not a “NV” but a “Multi Vintage” only using the best millesimes available. It is definitely my favourite and I would suggest our dish of Seared Scallops, Cauliflower Textures to match this Blanc de Blancs.
