ANDRE JACQUART MILLESIME 2004
The colour is an appealing deep gold, announcing a really complex nose, of oak, dried white flower, bread crumbs notes,. The mouth is rich, full bodied, with a fine mature bubble, creamy, with notes of saffron, soft spices, exotic fruit with a long final on a blend of spiciness, and clear minerality. This young cuvee is showing a lot of complexity, with this blend of fresh minerality and fair oak integration.
Great on a lobster and caulilflower-safran puree, with wild asparagus.
