ANDRE JACQUART MESNIL EXPERIENCE NV

I was impressed by this cuvee, which offers a subtle harmony of finesse and power due to the sublime terroir of Le Mesnil. The colour is clear, with a fine flow of bubbles, inviting to the freshness on the nose with a crystalline minerality, fresh flowers, ginger and slightly toasted notes. The mouth is powerful and energetic with a creamy texture and an elegant silky bubble with a long finish and a fresh acidity. I will suggest a powerful seabass tartare, with a ginger dressing, and seaweed butter.
